I needed the top replaced on my Miata. They were ready for me when I arrived on a Monday morning and my car was finished by Wednesday morning. The top looks great. I'm so pleased with the new top. Excellent work.

Went here to get my sunroof repaired. Got my appointment they were ready on time evaluated the problem and fixed it quickly. While there had an unrelated problem with the car and the attendant was very professional and kind enough to get me a temporary fix that allowed me to get the car home without having to get it towed. Excellent experience all the way around.

I've gotten so used to over explaining car issues in hopes of not having something horrible occur during a repair (which was the case of our cars mangled sunroof). The technician at Tops and Trends patienty listened to me, but by the expression on his face I could tell that I was just holding him up. In one hour he fixed a problem that took an auto body shop hours to create! Customer service, skill and professionalism all at the same place? It's Tops at Top's.. Five stars!

We recently purchased leather and heated seats from Tops & Trends I have to say my customer was absolutely ecstatic of the final result. I’ve been using this company for awhile now by far they are the best around I will continue to send my business and Parks Fords business to Top & Trends the areas best accessory dealer in WNC.

Jesse with Tops and Trends has always taken care of our leather, navigation, back up sensors, sunroofs for about 17 years. I have always been given the highest quality of service, and would recommend their services to anyone. They are always willing to do whatever it takes for 100% customer satisfaction. I wouldn't use any other company.
